1. Acceptance
By using srenix.ai (the “Site”), operated by Srenix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Content is provided as-is
The Site's content is provided for general information about the Agentic SRE (Srenix) project, “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Product capabilities, roadmaps, and version details described here may change without notice.
3. Open-source software
The Srenix open-source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0; your use of that code is governed solely by that license, not these terms. Paid Srenix tiers are governed by a separate commercial agreement.
4. Trademarks
“Srenix” and “Agentic SRE” are names and marks of Srenix. The Apache-2.0 license for the code does not grant trademark rights. Third-party names on the Site (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Slack, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Site's operation, or misrepresent affiliation with Srenix. Security findings should go to [email protected] (see Security), not exploited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srenix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
