Terms of use

1. Acceptance
By using srenix.ai (the “Site”), operated by Srenix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Content is provided as-is
The Site's content is provided for general information about the Agentic SRE (Srenix) project, “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Product capabilities, roadmaps, and version details described here may change without notice.
3. Software licence
Srenix is source-available, not open source. The Srenix Community edition is licensed under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0: you may use, modify and share it for any purpose that is not primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation. Commercial use requires a paid Srenix licence. Your use of that code is governed solely by the applicable licence, not these terms. Paid Srenix tiers are governed by a separate commercial agreement.
Everything up to and including v0.2.0-alpha.9 (2026-07-03) was published under the Apache License 2.0 and remains available to its recipients under those original terms, including the patent grant in Apache-2.0 section 3. A copyright licence, once granted to a recipient, is not revocable by the licensor changing terms later. The licence change applies to releases made after that tag.
4. Patents
Srenix is patent pending. Patent applications covering the Srenix detect–fix–verify architecture, its policy-bounded fixers and its tiered AI SRE pipeline have been filed.
PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 includes a patent licence, but it extends only as far as the licence itself — that is, to non-commercial permitted purposes. No patent rights are granted for commercial use of Srenix; those are available only under a signed commercial agreement. Availability of the source code is not, by itself, a grant of any patent rights.
5. Trademarks
“Srenix” and “Agentic SRE” are names and marks of Srenix. No Srenix software licence grants trademark rights. Third-party names on the Site (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, Slack, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Site's operation, or misrepresent affiliation with Srenix. Security findings should go to [email protected] (see Security), not exploited.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Srenix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
