Privacy policy

The short version

This website is static, sets no cookies, and runs no third-party trackers. The only place we collect personal data is the contact form, and only if you fill it in and submit it with consent.

What this site does (and doesn't do)

• Static site. srenix.ai is a statically generated site. There are no user accounts or server-side sessions.
• No cookies. The site sets no cookies.
• No third-party trackers. No third-party analytics, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, ad tech, or session recording.
• No third-party requests. All assets — including fonts — are self-hosted and served from this domain. Your browser talks only to srenix.ai when browsing this site.
• One exception: the contact form. The /contact/ page collects data — but only when you submit it, and only with your consent. See below.

Like any web server, our hosting infrastructure may produce standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for operational and security purposes. These are not used for profiling and are not shared with third parties.

The contact form

If — and only if — you submit the form at /contact/ after checking the consent box, we collect:

• What you type in: company, name, role, email, phone (optional), the interests you select, and your message (optional).
• First-party visitor analytics captured at submission time: UTM campaign parameters, referrer, the page you landed on and the page you submitted from, browser/OS/device (user agent), language, timezone, screen and viewport size, coarse geolocation (country/region, derived server-side from your IP address via Cloudflare — we don't collect precise location), and the submission timestamp.

This data is emailed to [email protected] and stored so we can respond to and manage your inquiry. Our lawful basis for processing it is your consent, given at submission. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the inquiry inbox.

If you don't submit the form, none of this applies to you — nothing is collected just by visiting the page.

The Srenix product

The Agentic SRE software runs entirely inside your own infrastructure and ships with zero telemetry by default — it does not phone home. This policy covers the website only; how you operate the software in your cluster is under your control.

GDPR and data requests

If you've submitted the contact form, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you at any time. To request deletion or any other action on your data, email [email protected] and we'll handle your request promptly. If you haven't submitted the form, we hold no personal data about you from this site.
